The Challenge
Our client commissioned us to study the effectiveness of their new onboarding process.
Additionally, the client wanted to ensure the process incorporated best practice and appealed to customers.

Our Approach
We used an online community approach to ask savers and investors to review the onboarding process.
We gathered ratings and commentary on key features, used the pin-point feature to understand likes/dislikes, and asked, and identified points on the journey that created barriers to completing the task.

The Results
As a result of this project the client streamlined their onboarding process in line with customer needs, reducing the time it took to open an account and making the process less strenuous for the end-user.
Video-content we captured and shared with stakeholders, helped to bring the research to life and get buy in for changes across the relevant teams in the business.
